Volunteers

The Branches ministry is operated completely by volunteers.  New recruits are always welcome!  Here are the places to serve:

Sunday Mornings:

  • Nursery Superintendant
  • Nursery Coordinator--once a month
  • Nursery Shepherd--monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly assist in one nursery room
  • Sunday School Superintendant
  • Sunday School Teacher
  • Sunday School Assistant
  • Kids Worship Leader--K-4 & K-5 leader during worship service

Wednesday Nights:

  • Coordinator
  • Teacher
  • Assistant
  • Crafts Leader
  • Worship Leader
  • Missions Coordinator

Vacation Bible School:

  • Director
  • Teacher
  • Assistant
  • Crafts Leader
  • Worship Leader

Special Events:

  • Coordinators for Highlands Slidin' Into Summer, Reformation Celebration, A Highlands' Family Christmas

To begin the process, simply download the forms below and submit them to Laurie Nordan at the church at your convenience.  All of our volunteers must complete an application and a background check authorization.  You will need a pdf reader which you can download for free at:  http://get.adobe.com/reader/  You may find it helpful to review the Child Protection Policy as well.
